
The Firm Castro Benites was founded by the doctor at Law Nicolás Castro Benites on December 12, 1946, date in which he obtained the title of Doctor in Jurisprudence, granted by the faculty of Jurisprudence and Social and Political Sciences of the University of Guayaquil, after having sustained the thesis that he presented on “The Quasicontract of Community”, deserving for its qualifications the Award "Contenta".
Hence in more, the doctor Castro Benites exercised the legal profession attending to cases and consultations of diverse nature, activity that was complemented by university teaching, journalism and agriculture, what throughout the years has provided to the firm of vast experience in diverse socioeconomic ambiences, which has turned out to be applied in different areas of Law, and has served so that innumerable citizens who today are great attorneys who have stood out in the political and economic life of Ecuador, were giving its first steps collaborating with the legal practice in the Firm Castro Benites.
