Nicolás Castro Quiroz belongs to the third generation of professionals at Law at the Estudio Jurídico Castro Benites. He is a Lawyer, Master in Administrative Law, Specialist at Government Contracts and Control, and Specialist in Business Law by the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
He has been practicing since 2005, year that he received the title of Abogado de los Tribunales y Juzgados de la República del Ecuador by the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
In the public sector he has served as Legal adviser to the Ministro de Energía y Minas, and in the private sector he litigates and advises important people and public and private entities.
His specialist are Private Law: labor, corporate and civil; Administrative Law: public services, mines, public-private associations (APP); and Constitutional Actions.
